Welcome to Ayejo, the app discovery platform available at ayejo.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

No right, title, or interest in the Ayejo Content is transferred to you beyond the limited license described herein. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from Ayejo, except as permitted by applicable law. Trademarks and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are protected by law.

Third-Party Links and Google Play Apps

The Platform may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party apps or services that are hosted on Google Play or other external platforms. Ayejo does not host, control, or maintain these apps on its servers, and it does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any third-party content. Access to or use of third-party apps is at your own risk and is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers, including Google for Google Play. Ayejo does not endorse or warrant the quality, reliability, or security of any third-party apps linked through the Platform, nor does it assume responsibility for updates, outages, or data practices of those apps. If you choose to engage with a linked app, you acknowledge that you are subject to the third party’s terms and policies. Ayejo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ayejo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Ayejo does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content or listings shown on the Platform. In no event shall Ayejo, its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any third-party apps linked through the Platform. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit certain disclaimers of warranties or limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, the liability of Ayejo shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
